Job Overview The Supervisor leads and manages a designated program within the OpCo, ensuring the safe, compliant, and high-quality execution of tasks while overseeing field team performance and supporting client and project objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in utility vegetation management or capital programs
  • Prior supervisory or team management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of vegetation management practices, utility operations, and safety standards
  • Experience with QA/QC processes and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating with field teams, project managers, and clients
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills in field operations
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field sites as needed

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and manage field teams to ensure appropriate staffing, performance, and development
  • Ensure all work complies with contract scope, company standards, safety requirements, and QA/QC protocols
  • Monitor program metrics, productivity, and quality trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with Project Managers to align operational execution with program goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding field performance, escalations, and operational updates
  • Conduct field visits and audits to verify adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality expectations
  • Address operational challenges proactively and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
  • Other duties as assigned
