The Utilities Technology Specialist serves as the company's local and/or regional resource for technology and equipment troubleshooting, technology improvement, standard design and testing process equipment. The specialist is a resource for the Global Technology Group, sharing better practices, challenging and developing plans for local or regional implementation. In this role you'll make an impact by: Create technical strategy initiatives and provide communication delivery to line of business Identifying process bottlenecks and proposing solutions Drive local improvement initiatives, project planning, and sustainability initiatives Reviewing, assessing, and writing URS and investment applications for future growth Collaboration with multiple Novonesis sites To succeed you must: Minimum B.Sc. in engineering or similar discipline relevant to Utilities systems 3+ years' experience in utilities equipment technology Experience as a project manager with multiple team members that have a large impact to the business Prefer candidates with established network in utilities and knowledge of Novonesis and external systems. Requirements

Minimum B.Sc. in engineering or similar discipline relevant to Utilities systems
3+ years' experience in utilities equipment technology
