About The Position
The candidate must have a strong work ethic and the ability to operate an industrial front end loader that transport log blocks from the block bin at the block saw. Enter and exit loader several time per shift. Must be able to safely drive equipment in tight spaces throughout the log yard. Must comply with all company safety and policy procedures. Operate an industrial front end loader that transport 8 ft long blocks from block bins at blocks saw and enclosed stem vat. completes mobile equipment checklist. Performs clean up during down time by shoveling of debris and dragging core and small logs with picaroon.
