About The Position

The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between government stakeholders and corporate leadership, responsible for driving execution of contract requirements in support of mission objectives. This role oversees program performance, workforce operations, and resource alignment in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring all contractual and operational requirements are consistently met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive program management experience supporting complex operations
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-layered programs in dynamic, mission-driven environments
  • Experience leading and overseeing large contract teams (40+ personnel)
  • Background in strategic communications, media operations, or content production planning
  • Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership
  • Familiarity with U.S. military organizational structures and operational environments, preferably within the SOF enterprise
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and execute effectively in high-tempo environments
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute program strategies aligned with USSOCOM mission priorities and operational objectives
  • Develop and maintain processes to manage personnel, reporting, and execution in a high-tempo environment
  • Allocate and synchronize personnel, funding, and technical resources to support mission requirements
  • Direct day-to-day operations, including tasking, scheduling, and coordination across distributed teams
  • Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to sustain a capable, mission-ready workforce
  • Monitor team performance and take decisive action to address gaps and maintain operational effectiveness
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of operations
  • Develop and execute contingency plans to support urgent and mission-critical requirements
  • Deliver real-time solutions to operational challenges in dynamic and evolving environments
  • Ensure all deliverables meet mission standards, quality expectations, and contractual requirements
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise reporting, including performance metrics and actionable recommendations
  • Leverage data to assess program effectiveness and inform leadership decision-making
  • Serve as a trusted interface with government stakeholders, providing timely updates and mission-focused briefings
  • Support extended and after-hours operations as required to meet mission demands
