Position Summary As an Usher, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests at events, such as concerts, theater productions, or sports games. Your primary responsibility is to assist and guide guests, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the event. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Ushers play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for guests at events. This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00 Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until April 1, 2025. About the Venue Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Providence, the RICC is within walking distance to restaurants, hotels, shops, art galleries, night clubs, museums and more. We offer 100,000 square feet of exhibition space, 20,000 square feet of ballroom space, 23 meeting rooms, and 30,000 square feet of pre-function space.
