Requirements

  • A problem-solver with strong attention to detail
  • Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Valid pest control license (or willingness to obtain—we’ll help you get certified!)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A clean driving record and reliability

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in pest control
  • Applicator licenses in RI, CT, or MA (Or multiple!)
  • Certifications such as Quality Pro, Green Pro, or School Pro.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties
  • Identify pest issues and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Apply safe, effective pest control solutions
  • Educate customers on preventive strategies and long-term pest management
  • Document services and maintain accurate records
  • Operate and maintain a service vehicle and equipment
