ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Greet customers, guests, visitors Provide event information Collect tickets and/or passes for entertainment events Mediate disputes and resolve customer complaints Verify Patron or staff credentials Assist patrons with special needs Guide patrons to exits or provide instructions in case of emergency Usher patrons to seats or exits. Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules Other duties as assigned Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: · Must have proven track record of personally providing excellent customer service. · Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Must be willing to work any shift when necessary. · Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English · Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. · Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance. PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: · This on-call position requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively. · Must be able to move quickly around property. · Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk. · Responds to visual and aural cues. · Must be able to work independently and proven to be self-motivated. · Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. · Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment. · Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest’s needs. · Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke
