About The Position

Allianz Amphitheater is seeking Ushers / Ticket Takers to provide safe, organized, and welcoming entry and seating experiences for all guests. This role plays a critical part in crowd flow, guest communication, and overall event operations. This is a part-time, seasonal position.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and scan tickets accurately and efficiently
• Direct guests to seating sections, amenities, and venue features
• Monitor assigned areas to ensure safety, accessibility, and policy compliance
• Manage crowd flow in entry gates, aisles, and seating sections
• Respond to guest questions and escalate concerns when necessary
• Enforce venue policies professionally and respectfully
• Assist with ADA seating and accessibility needs
• Support post-show egress and venue clearing procedures
• Communicate clearly with Guest Services, Security, and Operations teams
