About The Position
Greet customers, guests, visitors Provide event information Collect tickets and/or passes for entertainment events Mediate disputes and resolve customer complaints Verify Patron or staff credentials Assist patrons with special needs Guide patrons to exits or provide instructions in case of emergency Usher patrons to seats or exits. Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules Other duties as assigned
