About The Position

This position will supervise the ushers / ticket takers during events at Save Mart Center. This position will also greet and assist guests with ticketing issues and answering questions that arise. This position represents the facility with outstanding friendly custom service. This position will also report problems or concerns to appropriate departments and keep upper management informed of all issues.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced diverse environment.
  • Convey strong verbal & interpersonal skills.
  • Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
  • Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
  • Must be able to work irregular hours including nights, weekend and/or holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for hours at a time.
  • Ability to act professionally in stressful situations and stay calm under pressure.
  • Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic
  • Received High school diploma or GED; and at least six (6) months customer service experience, and supervisory experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual - Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise part-time ushers / ticket takers. Assuring each staff member is accountable and fulfilling the job duties.
  • Receive all guests with outstanding friendly customer service.
  • Answer general questions about the arena and provide assistance when needed.
  • Assist Event Coordinator and other Usher Supervisors when needed.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
