About The Position

Dillard's is looking for a User Support Specialist. This person will maintain various applications, which entails system administration skills, basic computer knowledge and documenting procedures for end users. The User Support Specialist evaluates a given problem, diagnoses it to find the root cause, and then either solves the problem or involves the relevant business group.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to work onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, AR
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point) is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, both in a team setting and independently.
  • Strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Retail store management experience.
