The User Support Specialist – Audio Visual provides day-to-day technical support for the institution’s Audio Visual (AV) needs. The individual will assists with live event setup and on-site assistance. This role is responsible for preparing, operating, and maintaining AV equipment; responding to support requests; and ensuring dependable, high-quality audio-visual experiences for classes, meetings, and campus events. The Specialist assists with equipment tracking, routine maintenance, and basic training for faculty, staff, and students.
