About The Position

Winton Woods City Schools is seeking a skilled and dynamic User Support Analyst to join our technology team. This position will be focusing on implementing & supporting advanced technologies serving the goals of the district, and handling escalations from technical staff for challenging issues. User Support Analysts will act as a subject matter expert on the assigned technologies and processes needed by the Technology Center. They will act as the primary point of contact for their subject matter and also cross-train other staff to maintain continuity of service for the department.

Requirements

• Demonstrate technical expertise in the IT systems the district uses, or equivalent systems.
• Continually grow their skill set through practical work experience and professional development opportunities.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in K-12 education technology support.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Windows / iOS environments, networking, and classroom technology.
• Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Industry certifications.
