About The Position

We’re looking for a UX Designer who takes pride in crafting digital experiences that feel effortless for older adults to navigate. You’ll work on a portfolio of websites, landing pages, and interactive tools where accessibility, readability, and intuitive design aren’t just nice-to-haves — they’re the heart of the work. You’ll also tap into AI tools to speed up prototyping and spark fresh ideas, refining those outputs into polished, user-ready designs. Collaborating with our creative, content, media, and development teams, you’ll bring concepts from rough sketches to pixel-perfect reality. If you love combining usability with great visual design and have a passion for helping seniors live better lives, this is the role for you.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of UX design experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design for responsive websites and digital products.
  • Strong Figma proficiency (at least 1 year of designing in Figma)
  • WordPress proficiency (content entry, Gutenberg blocks, site structure)
  • Experience with digital ad, email, or social media asset design.
  • Hubspot experience
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their relation to UX a plus
  • Component-based design systems experience
  • Experience conducting standard UX research (user testing, surveys, heuristic evaluations)
  • Experience with analytical tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, etc.) preferred
  • Understanding of usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design.
  • Ability to translate brand guidelines into digital experiences.
  • Significant experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Experience developing these elements with the support of AI is a plus
  • Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS

Responsibilities

  • Design web, mobile, and interactive digital products for internal and client projects.
  • Develop site maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Create usable, functional, and visually engaging UX solutions across devices.
  • Present design concepts to internal teams and clients.
  • Populate and format content within websites and digital projects.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility and ADA guidelines (WCAG AA).
  • Optimize graphics and assets for performance and usability.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, digital media, and development teams to deliver on strategy, on time, and on budget.
  • Participate in QA testing for functionality, usability, and accessibility.
