Seeking a motivated Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to support the exciting Analysis & Mitigations mission with UX design and front-end development for an Agentic Knowledge Management System. The designer will conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points to write and maintain front-end code for implementing UX designs and ensure seamless integration with backend systems. Additionally, develop and maintain UX documentation, including design guidelines, style guides, technical plans and milestones for UX deliverables, and user guides. Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
  • Bachelor's degree plus 8-years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Understanding of Agile and other constructs.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Vue.js.

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain front-end code to implement UX designs.
  • Design and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop front-end components using modern web technologies.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end code with existing backend services.
  • Ensure front-end code is optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
