About The Position

The User Engagement Sr Manager is a champion for the adoption and effective use of AI-powered copilot across the RTX employee base. This role bridges technology, business, and culture—driving awareness, education, AI fluence and hands-on enablement to maximize productivity, creativity, and value realization from AI copilot. The Evangelist will serve as a thought leader, trusted advisor, and energetic advocate who inspires employees to embrace copilot while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • 7+ years of experience in user engagement lead, or similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Copilot’s value company-wide and serve as its public face.
  • Deliver demos, training, workshops, and tailored content.
  • Build a champion network and support adoption across functions.
  • Track usage, ROI, feedback, and share success stories.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance to ensure safe, responsible use.
  • Host office hours and communicate through dashboards, reports, and events.
  • Test new features, refine strategy using data, and share best practices continuously.
