About The Position

This role is designed for a data-driven digital marketing leader who will drive growth across social gaming platforms. The User Acquisition Manager will develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to attract high-quality users at scale while managing budgets efficiently. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and player engagement strategies. This position requires expertise in Google Search campaigns, digital marketing metrics, and mobile user behavior. The role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovative ideas and continuous testing are encouraged. You will also explore new acquisition channels and experiment with creative strategies to maximize ROI. The position is remote, providing flexibility while contributing to ambitious growth goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing and optimizing high-quality user acquisition campaigns, preferably in mobile gaming or social casino industry.
  • Proven proficiency and success in managing Google Search campaigns at scale.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with paid social, programmatic, and affiliate marketing channels is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social casino gaming markets and player behavior is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid social, search (Google Ads), programmatic, Connected TV, and audio platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROI) to identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
  • Execute and analyze A/B tests across creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages to improve results.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment between acquisition efforts and business objectives.
  • Manage budgets to maximize return on investment while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Identify new channels and technologies to diversify marketing efforts and drive incremental growth.
