Requirements

High School Diploma
Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership guidelines
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, alignments, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Keep updated/receive training on automotive technology and industry-standard practices
Maintain basic tools necessary to complete assigned jobs. Toolbox must be kept clean and orderly in the work area.
