About The Position

Priority Ford Norfolk is looking for a skilled and motivated Used Car Technician to join our high-performing service team. If you enjoy diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning vehicles to top-quality standards—and want steady work in a fast-paced dealership environment—this is the role for you.

Requirements

• Previous automotive technician experience (used car or reconditioning preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair used vehicles prior to retail sale
• Perform reconditioning, maintenance, and mechanical repairs efficiently
• Complete work accurately and in a timely manner to meet production goals
• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
