About The Position
Priority Toyota in Chesapeake, Virginia is seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Manager to lead and elevate our pre-owned sales operation. This is a key leadership role for a results-driven sales professional who excels in used car operations while confidently supporting both new and used vehicle sales. As part of Lithia & Driveway, the largest automotive retailer in North America, you’ll have access to industry-leading tools, data, and career growth opportunities—while still making a direct, hands-on impact at the dealership level. The ideal candidate combines operational excellence, strong leadership, and a customer-first mindset, with a concentrated strength in used vehicles. You should be: Administratively strong, with a proven ability to efficiently manage used vehicle inventory, pricing, aging, and turn. Strategic and proactive, capable of driving traffic into the showroom through creative marketing, merchandising, and sales initiatives. Engaging and interactive, working closely with customers and the sales team to ensure monthly and long-term objectives are consistently achieved. A confident leader, who can coach, motivate, and hold the team accountable to performance standards.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize used vehicle inventory performance, including acquisition, pricing, and merchandising
- Support and collaborate across both new and used sales operations
- Drive showroom traffic and sales volume through strategic initiatives
- Lead by example on the sales floor with customers and team members
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly sales, gross, and volume goals
