Requirements

Proven track record with an exceptional CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
Previous auto sales management experience with expertise in vehicle appraisal, pricing, and sales processes.
Strong communication and leadership skills , with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Ability to train and build a sales team , ensuring they are knowledgeable in processes, products, and customer engagement.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for every customer.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Strong experience in vehicle purchase terms , trade values, and financing.
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals while working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Ability to analyze inventory , including pricing, vehicle conditions, and reconditioning needs.
Ability to ensure that used vehicles are properly reconditioned and displayed.
