Overview Titan Machinery is seeking a Used Equipment Pricing & Market Analyst to support the pricing, valuation, and performance of our Agriculture and Construction equipment across North America. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring pricing integrity, analyzing market trends, and supporting sales teams with insights that drive revenue, margin, and inventory performance. Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing market analysis strategies for used equipment Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning and budgeting Maintain pricing integrity across used and new wholegoods, rental fleet (defleet), and rolling assets Analyze inventory performance, including turns, aging, and forecasting Partner with sales teams to drive used equipment demand and profitability Serve as a key resource for: Equipment valuation Competitive pricing Financing and leasing insights Market trends and customer demand Monitor and report on daily, monthly, and annual performance metrics Identify best practices and underperforming locations to improve overall results Support inventory visibility, reporting accuracy, and communication across the organization Leverage technology and data systems to enhance decision-making (including AI initiatives) Collaborate with Region Managers, Sales Consultants, and leadership teams Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: 3 plus years of experience in the Agriculture and Construction Equipment business or a related industry Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees Ability to travel as necessary and work flexible hours Exemplifies Titan Machinery’s Core Values Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently Demonstrated client service skills and the ability to develop strong business relationships Demonstrated sales skills including the ability to sell opportunities, ideas, and concepts Demonstrated strong leadership skills Demonstrated strong negotiation and closing skills Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Preferred background or experience with Statistics and/or Supply Chain modeling Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Titan Machinery provides a generous total compensation package including the following: Comprehensive Health and Dental Coverage HSA (Health Savings Account) - up to $1200 tax-free each year, contributed to your account by Titan Machinery 8 Paid Holidays, Competitive PTO, and Paid Company Volunteer Hours 401(k) with company matching on your FIRST DAY of employment 100% Paid Pregnancy-Related Leave and Parental Bonding Additional Voluntary Benefits such as: Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Short-term Disability, and more!
