Requirements

  • Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated individuals comfortable working toward performance goals
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and vehicle goals
  • Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, finance solutions, and dealership services clearly and professionally
  • Deliver a seamless customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with past and prospective customers
  • Track customer interactions using dealership CRM systems
  • Stay current on new products, features, and industry trends through ongoing training
