We are seeking a motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales leadership team. The Used Car Sales Manager is responsible for managing the pre-owned vehicle department, improving profitability, optimizing inventory, and leading the sales team to exceed performance objectives. This individual should possess a proven record of success in automotive sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a desire for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales (used car management preferred).
Knowledge of vehicle appraisals, reconditioning, and inventory management.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to exceed their goals.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in dealership CRM and DMS systems
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the used car sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Utilize used vehicle inventory, appraisals, and pricing to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
Work closely with the General Manager and Finance Department to ensure a consistent deal structure and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and all applicable laws.
Maintain a positive, high-energy culture that promotes performance and customer loyalty.
