About The Position

Automotive Used Car Sales Manager Rairdon Automotive Group | Bothell, Wa, | Full-time Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $96,000.00 and $150,000.00; including 1.5%-2.5% of monthly new and used vehicle department gross profit per terms of pay plan; $1,000-$2,500 bonus potential for meeting or exceeding monthly used retail unit targets or CSI for dealership per terms of pay plan. Requirements

  • Proven experience as Used Car Sales Manager in the auto industry
  • Strong record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and use data and our processes to drive decision-making
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the used vehicle department
  • Appraise trade-ins and source pre-owned inventory through auctions, wholesalers, and other channels
  • Set competitive pricing strategies based on market conditions and dealership goals
  • Oversee reconditioning, merchandising, and online listings to ensure top presentation quality
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and training
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including inventory turns, gross profit, and sales volume
  • Maintain compliance with all dealership policies and applicable regulations
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor staff to achieve department objectives
