As the Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our used car inventory, ensuring our customers have access to a diverse range of top-quality vehicles. You will lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, driving sales performance and customer satisfaction. Your extensive knowledge of used cars will be crucial in evaluating trade-ins, pricing vehicles, and ensuring our inventory meets the highest standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of used car market trends, pricing, and inventory management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using dealership management software and tools.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the used car sales department.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Evaluate trade-ins and appraise used vehicles accurately.
• Maintain and manage the used car inventory, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
• Analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote used car sales.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures.
