About The Position

Used Car Manager – Bill Rapp Subaru Compensation: $100,000–$175,000 annually Bill Rapp Subaru is actively seeking a top-performing Used Car Manager to take full ownership of our pre-owned operation and drive the next phase of growth and profitability. This is not a maintenance role—we are looking for a proven operator who can aggressively build inventory, control gross, and outperform the market.

• Proven Used Car Manager with a strong track record of performance
• Expertise in desking deals, inventory acquisition, and gross management
• Confident decision-maker in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Sales Management Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include acquisitions, wholesale, merchandising, and desking deals, along with full oversight of the used vehicle department.
• Full control of inventory strategy, pricing, and profitability
• Aggressive sourcing and acquisition of high-quality pre-owned vehicles
• Manage trade appraisals and wholesale decisions to maximize return
• Drive performance across turn, gross, and volume
• Partner with sales, F&I, and service to run a tight, high-performing operation
• React to market trends and adjust strategy faster than the competition
