Requirements
- New or Used Car Sales Management experience required.
- Customer service skills, selling ability, and positive outlook.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Valid Driver's License.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive Finance experience preferred.
- Automotive appraisal and purchasing experience is preferred.
- Auction experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire used vehicle operation, from acquisition to retail delivery
- Source inventory through auctions, trades, direct buys, and digital acquisition tools
- Manage inventory turn, pricing strategy, and market competitiveness
- Partner with the Sales, F&I, and Recon teams to maximize gross and volume
- Oversee appraisal process and establish disciplined buying strategies
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and internal policies
- Analyze performance using KPIs, market data, and inventory metrics
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales and support staff
- Drive a culture of professionalism, urgency, and customer satisfaction
