Requirements

  • Prior sales experience in luxury automotive or high-end retail preferred
  • Impeccable presentation, communication, and client-service skills
  • A passion for premium brands and a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship and design
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to manage the sales process with an affluent clientele in a discreet and respectful manner
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working with Dealer Management Systems
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and discretion
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and performance
  • Deliver a personalized, concierge-level experience tailored to each client’s needs
  • Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service and follow-up
  • Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and brand alignment
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless client experience
