Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in a used car management or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Documented Volume Success: Track record of managing and leading a used vehicle operation that averages or exceeds 100 used vehicle sales per month.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team to exceed sales goals and customer service standards.
- Elite Buying Skills: Strong understanding of market trends, vehicle valuation, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Customer-Focused: Commitment to delivering a premium experience for every customer.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, inventory management systems, and dealership software.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Source, evaluate, purchase and maintain optimal used vehicle inventory to meet dealership sales goals.
- Pricing Strategy: Set competitive pricing to optimize profitability while maintaining market alignment.
- Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and support the used car sales team to reach individual and team targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship-building.
- Marketing and Advertising: Develop and execute marketing strategies for used vehicle promotions.
- Sales Analytics: Track performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet dealership objectives.
