We are looking for a driven and experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our team to success. As a Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our pre-owned vehicle department, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and outstanding customer experiences. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving sales, managing inventory, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager in an automotive dealership setting.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Expertise in inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems.
  • A results-driven mindset with a commitment to integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Manage inventory, pricing, and reconditioning processes to maximize profitability and turn rates.
  • Implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to attract customers.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
  • Train and develop sales staff, fostering a positive and performance-driven culture.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build strong factory relationship to grow our Certified Pre-Owned segment of the Used vehicle business.
  • Work closely with other departments, including finance and service, to streamline operations.
  • Maintain compliance with all dealership policies and industry regulations.
