As a Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our pre-owned vehicle department, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and outstanding customer experiences. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving sales, managing inventory, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager in an automotive dealership setting.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Expertise in inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis.
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Manage inventory, pricing, and reconditioning processes to maximize profitability and turn rates.
Implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to attract customers.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
Train and develop sales staff, fostering a positive and performance-driven culture.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Build strong factory relationship to grow our Certified Pre-Owned segment of the Used vehicle business.
Work closely with other departments, including finance and service, to streamline operations.
Maintain compliance with all dealership policies and industry regulations.
