About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Used Car Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. As a Used Car Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car buying process while maintaining a strong knowledge of our inventory and the automotive market.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or outbound sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Familiarity with retail math concepts for effective inventory control and sales analysis.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong public speaking skills for engaging presentations to customers or at events.
A passion for automobiles and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is advantageous.
