About The Position

This is a mission‑critical finance leadership role at the heart of one of the most profitable businesses in GE HealthCare. As USCAN Service FP&A Leader, you will own end‑to‑end FP&A for a $3.0B revenue, $1.5B EBIT organization spanning ~5,000 employees. You will act as the strategic business partner for the service business— building financial budget and forecasts clearly linked to operational actions & owners, lead the financial daily management system through the quarter, and drive analytics to improve the business growth and margins, while driving automation and AI in core financial processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 8+ years progressive experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis (experience at scale strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex financial processes end‑to-end
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly get to root cause and translate data into business action
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast‑moving, matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience or readiness to lead teams

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced analytics capability (e.g., Power BI, Domo, Alteryx, Spotfire or similar tools)
  • Graduate of GE’s FMP, EFLP, CAS, or comparable financial leadership programs
  • Exceptional executive communication skills—able to simplify complex financial and business topics
  • Strong influencing skills with credibility across commercial, operations, and executive stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, transformation, and growth environments
  • Proven program and project leadership experience; able to design, launch, and scale new processes

Responsibilities

  • Revenue, Margin & Growth Analytics. Develop and maintain standardized views of service revenue and margins across internal product segments and external customer segments
  • Standardize revenue pacing, capture rate and backlog analytics, and forecasting methodologies
  • Directly support the USCAN Service Growth Leader with deal analytics, growth initiatives, and performance tracking
  • Own governance, reporting, and analytics around service pricing
  • Capital Allocation
  • Revenue Accounting & Balance Sheet Ownership
  • Own calculations and balance sheet reconciliations for centralized, national, comprehensive, and non‑standard revenue (e.g., SaaS, deferred revenue, digital offerings)
  • Transformation & Finance Modernization
  • Champion systemic improvements to automate manual revenue, reporting, and analytics processes
  • Drive adoption of advanced analytics, scalability, and digital tooling across the FP&A organization
  • People Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of experienced finance professionals
  • Build a strong talent bench through coaching, stretch assignments, and succession planning
