Job Description The Client Relations Consultants interact with clients daily, serving their needs, answering any questions they may have, and initiate pro-active outbound calling efforts. Client Relations Consultants must be knowledgeable of complex USBAM products, associated services, and impart this knowledge to our clients. Typically, Client Relations Consultants are the first line of contact for client service requests. Client Relations Consultants should understand financial markets and how markets impact our products, services, and clients. Client Relations Consultants work extensively and collaboratively with other members of the Investor Client Services Team and the Relationship Management Team, with the goal of supplying superior client service that will enhance the client experience and grow assets in our programs and products. This position is expected to interact directly with clients, primarily through phone and email.
