About The Position

The Client Relations Associate (CRA) provides administrative and operational support to the Client Relations Department, contributing to efficient daily operations and effective communication between the company and its clients. This role requires a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who is comfortable handling confidential and time-sensitive information. Prior experience in collections, financial services, or a related industry is preferred but not required. Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative, customer service, collections, or financial services.
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office products, primarily: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Gather, review, and process client requests, documentations, and account information.
  • Coordinate internal requests and route items to appropriate departments and clients as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and documentation in internal systems and client portals.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and supporting materials for client requests.
  • Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
  • Support issue resolution by researching account information and escalating items when necessary.
  • Flexible and ability to prioritize workload according to deadlines and client needs.
  • Driven to improve quality of the business through work efforts.
