Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech Position Overview: We are looking USA Digital Customer Experience Manager reporting in the Head of Digital, Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) for the Aesthetic and Reconstruction Business, based in Irvine, CA. We are redefining possibilities in breast aesthetics by delivering a comprehensive portfolio of science-based, evidence-backed solutions designed to help women maintain, enhance, and restore their confidence, self-esteem, and quality of life. In this role, you will be responsible for consumer and HCP websites, develop patient journey mapping, identifying key insights and creates marketing materials, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and partners. You will leverage market insights and new technologies to optimize digital campaigns and elevate brand presence. Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills are essential, along with experience in medical device marketing and outstanding experience in digital, channel and content strategy.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
  • 3 + years of experience required in a Product Manager role for a medical device company with HCP and consumer experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstration of leadership skills and the ability to influence partners at all levels.
  • 2+ years of experience managing promotional budgets with strong business analysis skills.
  • Digital experience including website development, social media, AI, CRM, SEM, SEO,is preferred.
  • Platform experience Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Canva, Bee Free, Hootsuite, Air Table, Google Analytics, Looker Studio and Heat mapping tools.
  • Proven experience in medical device marketing, with a focus on consumer-facing initiatives preferred.
  • Ability to perform public speaking tasks.
  • Launch experience with newly marketed products or new indications preferred.
  • Consistent track record of developing and implementing strategies/tactics that have delivered strong commercial results across both traditional & digital marketing channels.
  • Outstanding project management skills and experience leading multiple vendors, marketing partners and agency partners with understanding of digital implementation (e.g., programming/development, QA testing, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in medical device promotions, industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, writing, editing and communication skills with ability to present to senior management when needed.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability and willingness to travel domestically as required – up to 25%.
  • Complete all company and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and optimize digital promotional campaigns ensuring alignment with global strategy.
  • Develop wireframes, email campaigns, social content and digital communication across all platforms
  • Has experience in content production.
  • Manage and maintain the US consumer and HCP, websites to ensure that branding and messaging are accurate and consistent with brand strategy and adhering to promotional integrity compliance requirements
  • Work with operations team to identify key area of improvement for eCommerce platform. Identifying issues and providing solutions for our customers
  • Assist with the development of consumer, and patient marketing, promotional, and educational campaigns and materials for both on and offline materials.
  • Maintain and update patient brochures, discussion guides, and other patient-facing materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage, maintain and update all portfolio claims that need to be renewed or deleted to keep up to date claims compliant.
  • Ensure all materials are appropriately submitted through copy review process.
  • Assist in the development and execution content management and consumer journey initiatives for brand working collaboratively with other marketing partners.
  • Help supervise marketplace and competitor trends via their digital footprint/approach, professional publications/databases, conferences, etc. and anticipate marketplace and competitive issues.
  • Support and/or guide agencies, vendors and partners to implement tactical plans, ensure timelines are met, and budgets are managed.
  • Think innovatively regarding the application of new technologies and solutions to help achieve goals.
  • Compose and align on content calendars across both USA and Global.
  • Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of marketing materials and conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies.
  • Coordinate with the Market Research, Analytics & Sales Ops Teams to identify research, insight and measurement needs to inform spend, scale, or campaign optimizations.
  • Partner with the sales force to ensure effective communication, training and messages are delivered and customer needs are being met.
