About The Position

eBay, a global leader in eCommerce marketplaces headquartered in San Jose, California, is seeking a US Vehicles Planning Lead to join our dynamic eBay Motors team. We are committed to transforming the automotive marketplace by delivering innovative solutions that enhance the buying and selling experience for our customers. If you are passionate about driving business performance and scaling high-impact initiatives within a purpose-driven company that values innovation, inclusivity, and customer-centricity—eBay is the place for you. Vehicles have long been a key growth driver for eBay, with eBay Motors established as a trusted destination for automotive enthusiasts and everyday buyers alike. As the automotive landscape evolves, eBay continues to focus on building category depth, creating seamless customer experiences, and leveraging partnerships and innovation to meet the needs of our diverse customer base. Our Vehicles strategy is centered on strengthening the category’s long-term growth trajectory through operational excellence, customer trust, and scalable business initiatives. The Planning Lead function plays a critical role in ensuring the alignment and execution of these priorities—translating strategic vision into actionable plans that deliver measurable results. The US Vehicles Planning Lead will report directly to the Director of Strategy & Operations, US Vehicles and serve as a key partner in driving the strategic roadmap for eBay Vehicles. This role will focus on operational execution, and cross-functional alignment to ensure that key initiatives across the Vehicles category deliver against growth and performance goals. You will serve as both a strategic advisor and operational driver—shaping plans, building frameworks, and ensuring flawless execution across a complex, cross-functional ecosystem.
