About The Position

The US Region GCC Manager is accountable for embedding the GCC model as a core driver of operational performance, profitability, and scalable growth across the US business. This role owns US region-level GCC strategy execution, KPI performance, and integration across business lines, ensuring a One GCC approach that aligns US demand with GCC capacity across India, Mexico, Colombia, and the Philippines. The role acts as the primary executive steward for pushing and tracking GCC utilization, value realization, and cultural integration—balancing financial discipline, operational excellence, and long-term capability development.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 12+ years of relevant experience

  • Senior leadership experience with proven ability to implement strategic initiatives in large organizations
  • Strong understanding of the global models and operational integration within a global business
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across multiple levels of an organization and regions
  • Expertise in performance management, including KPI development and tracking
  • Excellent communication and change management skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the US GCC strategic plan, ensuring alignment with US business objectives, budget targets, and growth priorities
  • Lead and contribute to annual strategic plan enhancements, as well as budget process in concert with US region, BL, and GCC teams
  • Maintain clear national governance for GCC engagement, including decision points, escalation paths, and performance management
  • Champion a One GCC operating model, ensuring consistency of workflows, reporting, and standards across all GCC geographies supporting the US
  • Partner with BLEs, Ops, Finance and technical teams to drive and report national performance against agreed KPIs, including: headcount, utilization, backlog and profitability
  • Maintain transparent, repeatable communications and insights through standardized dashboards, reporting and regular zipper plan engagement
  • Partner with business line executives on methods to embed GCC resources into delivery, proposals, PMO, and centers of excellence, aligned to each BL’s addressable market and growth strategy
  • Ensure GCC engagement is positioned as a strategic enabler—not a transactional resource—supporting innovation, quality, and scalability
  • Drive alignment between GCC performance metrics and US business incentives, ensuring leaders are measured and rewarded for effective GCC adoption and value creation
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations to align forecasting, staffing plans, and cost structures with GCC delivery models
  • Ensure financial transparency and consistent treatment of GCC costs, benefits, and profitability across business lines
  • Sponsor and oversee continuous improvement initiatives, including: data sharing; resources for technical teams and delivery lifecycle models; scenario-based pricing guidance, workforce planning and resource forecasting aligned with US HR teams
  • Promote adoption of common tools, workflows, and best practices across regions to reduce friction and increase scale
  • Define and execute escalation plans, as needed, to keep strategy and growth on target
  • Lead “hearts and minds” engagement across the US business to build trust, understanding, and confidence in GCC capabilities
  • Serve as the visible executive sponsor for GCC collaboration, reinforcing a culture of shared ownership between US and GCC teams
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication of GCC value, capabilities, and expectations to US leadership and delivery teams
