We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years. Build and manage relationships with US Marine Corps units to accelerate drone adoption on the modern battlefield. You'll own the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution and thus coordinate complex field demonstrations, navigate DoD procurement processes, and work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance to deliver capability at speed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in defense business development, program management, or military operations
  • Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one
  • Direct experience working with USMC units, programs, or operations
  • Strong technical fluency with unmanned systems or defense hardware
  • Willingness to travel as needed to military bases and field locations
  • Exceptional communication skills with military and civilian stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Prior USMC service
  • Proven track record closing DoD contracts ($500K+)
  • Experience with DoD procurement vehicles
  • Experience with SOCOM or Marine Special Operations
  • Relationships within USMC acquisition or requirements community
  • FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate
  • Experience running field demonstrations or training events
  • Knowledge of spectrum management and DoD frequency coordination
