As Field Marketing Lead, you will set the regional Field Marketing standard and act as the primary strategic resource to the Head of Field Marketing. You will elevate global standards and set the strategy for the team, contributing executive-level strategy to the CMO and Sales leadership. Requirements

  • 8+ years Field Marketing or senior B2B experience in an enterprise environment, demonstrating success in driving regional pipeline and GTM execution within complex markets.
  • Expert execution and ability to set the strategic standard for ABM, event, and campaign best practices across the region.
  • Defines the high-level Marketing/Sales collaboration framework and process for the region to optimize GTM efficiency.
  • Acts as a trusted moderator for strategic content channels (e.g., executive webinars), ensuring the company is accurately and professionally represented.
  • Drives adherence to departmental standards for project management, establishes regional process integrity through documentation and audit, and continuously optimizes regional efficiency and workflows.
  • Owns data integrity and drives company-wide data-led strategies and methodology for marketing performance.
  • First Language fluency in English (C2) and ability to negotiate/present at executive level in both.
  • Drives global alignment and acts as the primary executive representative for cross-functional coordination.
  • Identifies with EQS’s mission and uses it to guide all strategic decisions and team actions.
  • Ensures strict compliance with departmental system usage standards, provides expert regional guidance on MarTech application, and leverages data for high-level regional strategy.

Nice To Haves

  • Expert knowledge of key MarTech tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, On24, 6sense) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the regional vision and operational strategy, setting standards for ABM excellence, and mitigating long-term regulatory risk by localizing global strategy (in collaboration with the global functions).
  • Establishing the local enterprise-wide collaboration framework between Marketing and Sales Leadership, driving joint initiatives.
  • Defining the comprehensive partnership strategy for the region, leveraging relationships to solidify EQS's position as a market shaper.
  • Setting standards for experiential marketing excellence and driving the strategic external engagement through major event negotiation and design, overseeing all Events Team execution for the region.
  • Defining the full thought leadership strategy utilizing webinars as an executive-level communication and influence channel, while personally hosting and moderating high-impact, strategic executive webinars.
  • Co-defining the regional performance marketing strategy, providing strategic regional feedback on advanced channel optimization, and delivering long-term budget forecasts (in collaboration with the central Performance Marketing team).
  • Providing strategic local input, leveraging global content campaigns, and ensuring all assets are localized and adapted to meet local sales, product, and regulatory needs. (In close coordination with the Head of Content & Product Marketing).
  • Owning the pipeline reporting framework, developing and presenting complex, executive-level insights for the CMO and senior leadership.
  • Driving market transformation by translating complex regulatory and competitive developments into actionable strategies and narratives, providing essential local input to central leadership (Strategy, Product, Content).
  • Owning the pipeline reporting framework and developing insights, while maintaining the regional budget strategy through ongoing forecasting and performance tracking. All strategic inputs are delivered to the Head of Field Marketing to guide global strategy and investment proposals.
