About The Position

As an Electrical BIM Project Manager, you’ll oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing not only the technical aspects of electrical BIM modeling and coordination, but also people, budgets, schedules, and client relationships. This is a management-forward role with strong exposure to business strategy, team leadership, and client-facing responsibilities—while still requiring a solid understanding of Revit and Navisworks for electrical deliverables. You’ll act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong experience working with Electrical systems within BIM environments specially in data centers projects
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading large BIM teams
  • Solid client-facing and negotiation experience
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Project finances (budgeting, cost analysis, billing, change orders)
  • Scheduling and project planning
  • Revit & Navisworks (electrical focus)
  • ACC and MS management tools

Responsibilities

  • Leading electrical BIM teams across multiple US-based projects
  • Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders
  • Serving as the main client-facing point of contact
  • Overseeing QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Coordinating resources, staffing, PTO, and team development
  • Supporting career paths, training, and performance growth of team members
  • Working closely with Business Unit leadership on planning and strategy
  • Using tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project
