About The Position

Your Team Responsibilities The MSCI Global Derivatives team is responsible for the growth, adoption, and commercial strategy of Listed, Over-the-Counter, and Structured Product derivatives linked to MSCI indexes. MSCI Derivatives are traded around the world by a wide range of client segments, and it is the Global Derivatives team’s responsibility to ensure we have the right partners to provide liquid, tradeable products for our clients’ needs. The Global Derivatives team is client-focused, connecting with all parts of the trading ecosystem, including buy-side, sell-side, market makers, exchanges, vendors, technology providers, and data providers. As one of the fastest growing product segments within MSCI, the team is constantly engaged with senior management, Coverage/Sales, Index Product, ESG Product, Analytics Product, Marketing, Research, Legal, and Technology. Your Key Ressponsibilities The US Derivatives Product Specialist will report to the Global Head of Derivatives and will be responsible for engaging with Sell-Side, Market Maker, and Exchange clients in the US, with the goal of driving volumes, new products, and revenues. Be entrepreneurial in efforts to establish and maintain relationships with key personnel across the liquidity and trading ecosystem. Work with Global Derivatives team members to coordinate efforts and initiatives across global clients and trading flows. Share market color obtained through relationships and market observations with Product, Coverage, and Research to identify trends and new product opportunities. Your skills and experience that will help you excel Be innovative with new derivative product ideas and strategies. Create go to market strategies and set targets/KPIs for new product launches. Negotiate key licensing contracts for derivative product licensing. Prepare and present quarterly results to senior management.
