Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a global manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and internal controls.
Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead U.S. accounting operations including general ledger, financial reporting, cost/inventory accounting, and period-end closures.
Ensure timely and accurate budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure clear communication on actuals vs Forecast for the US businesses.
Deliver proactive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinates US Capex investments activities.
Support the Operations leadership teams for the US plants.
Business Partner at a Global Level for our Industrial Motion Business.
Oversee technical accounting functions: invoicing, costing, inventory, payroll/labor, and GL processes.
Manage accounts payable and receivable to optimize working capital and operational efficiency.
Maintain proficiency in global financial systems to ensure data integrity and effective decision support.
Maintain and enhance internal control policies and procedures.
Support acquisition integration by aligning new processes with existing business standards.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering ownership and accountability.
Promote continuous learning and professional development through training and industry engagement.
Support cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc requests across departments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
