About The Position
The Communications Intern will support Ferrovial’s U.S. Communications team across a wide range of projects that strengthen our brand, enhance internal engagement and elevate our external presence. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail‑oriented individual who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in driving integrated communications strategies.
Requirements
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills
- Ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools, social media platforms, and basic design tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and distribution of communications materials, including internal announcements, press releases, website and social media content
- Monitor daily news coverage relevant to the company, industry and competitors, and compile and format media monitoring summaries
- Assist with brand and marketing initiatives, including research, content development and asset coordination
- Support planning and execution of events, such as conferences, speaking engagements and town halls
- Provide general administrative and project support to the team as needed
