Minimum of 6 years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration, including team leadership or supervisory experience. Paralegal certificate or university degree required, advanced credentials a plus. Demonstrated success managing client portfolios and supervising high-volume immigration casework. Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Technologically proficient, with a strong interest in leveraging automation and data analytics to drive immigration program performance. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and diplomatically to clients and internal teams.
