The team partners cross‑functionally to foster a healthy, inclusive, and connected work environment. Reporting to the Director, Global Benefits, the US Benefits Manager plays a critical role in delivering a high‑quality benefits experience for employees across the United States. This role is responsible for day‑to‑day strategy execution, governance, and operational oversight of all US benefit programs. The US Benefits Manager owns program management, vendor performance, compliance execution, budgeting, and employee experience outcomes for US benefits. In addition, this role provides leadership and direction to the Sr. Benefits Analyst—setting priorities, reviewing work, and offering guidance and escalation support to ensure benefits operations are accurate, compliant, scalable, and employee‑focused.
