Contribute meaningfully to new product development, helping drive future products toward regulatory approval and commercial launch. Support problem-solving efforts where analysis of data and situations requires a critical review of identifiable factors. Assist in troubleshooting product and process issues related to design, material, or process. Support concepts and designs for new products and processes; submit idea disclosures. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including process development, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and marketing, to ensure project success. Work on personal development goals such as public speaking, data presentation, and networking. Participate in employee activities and groups, including professional organizations (e.g., SWE, SHPE) and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Assists in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment. Must graduate between Fall 2026 - Spring 2028. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. Must be able to commit to one of the following full internship program periods: May 18th - August 7th OR May 26th - August 14th, 2026. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and innovating solutions. Demonstrated leadership experience. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in statistics. Experience with SolidWorks
