About The Position

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a motivated and dynamic Nurse Practitioner to join its team. Memorial?s Division of Urology provides specialized services to the community and beyond for urologic conditions including incontinence, cancer, and those affecting fertility. The selected provider will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with acute urological conditions in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Responsibilities will range from routine care to assistance with procedures including nerve stimulations, interim programming, pessary fittings, catheterizations, and bladder instillations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a urology practice setting or at least seven (7) years? experience as an advanced practice provider. Candidates must have a Master of Science in Nurse Practioner and possess a national Adult Nurse Practitioner Certification. A BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross and Florida license must be obtained by date of hire. Employees who are hired/transfer/re-hired must meet certification requirements or possess 7 years of APP experience in particular area of expertise. Schedule requirements are Monday thru Friday, 8 AM ? 5 PM. This is a full-time employed position that offers competitive benefits and a compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience. Professional malpractice and medical liability are covered under sovereign immunity.
