Position Summary The Urology Account Manager is a key position within the sales organization. Reporting directly to the National Sales Director, Urology, this person is responsible for generating new revenue for the company, focusing solely on Urology. This is an ideal opportunity for highly motivated and capable sales professionals seeking a role where their earnings can significantly exceed the base salary through commission .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not necessary.
  • 2-3 years outside sales experience; Healthcare sales strongly preferred.
  • Track record of success and ability to demonstrate sales growth and quota attainment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Due to the nature of the position, clean driving record, reliable transportation, the ability to drive a car and travel 90% of each day.
  • Interaction with healthcare providers on site is required.

  • Service-based selling experience is a strong plus!

Responsibilities

  • Calling on urology offices, rehab facilities, Case Management and spina bifida clinics.
  • Routing a territory which covers all of PA, Southern NJ, and N DE
  • Conducting sales presentations, in-services and developing strong relationships with case managers and discharge planners.
  • Identifying & securing new customers while nurturing relationships with existing offices in the urology category.
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge on Byram's products, services and Managed Care Contracts.
  • Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating with Byram's teammates & manufacturing partners in the field to generate leads and sources of new opportunities.
  • Provide timely reporting and analysis of business activity and conditions within assigned territory.
