About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate General Urologist to join our team in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. This role is ideal for someone finishing training or mid‑career who values autonomy, meaningful collaboration, and the ability to practice medicine the way it was intended. We also welcome those who are fellowship-trained in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS), Urogynecology, or Urologic Oncology. At Beacon Clinic we deliver true multidisciplinary care—with urology working side‑by‑side with medical oncology, radiation oncology, hematology, and other specialists within the same integrated system and external community. Treatment planning is coordinated, efficient, and patient‑focused, eliminating the fragmentation that frustrates both physicians and patients in traditional referral‑based models. Requirements

  • BE/BC
  • MD/DO

Nice To Haves

  • Residents, Fellows, and Experienced Physicians encouraged to apply
  • General Urologist preferred
  • Robotic surgery experience preferred
  • Background or interest in multidisciplinary or academic-style care delivery
  • Interest in teaching, research, or clinical trials
  • Multilingual capabilities are preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive surgical and medical care for general urologic conditions
  • Participate in outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and OR procedures
  • Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care with clear communication
  • Participate in quality improvement, research, and teaching as desired
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in call rotation as required
